Group Coaching - 8 Weeks
For group coaching, participants complete an 8-week live course that covers the topics and application of: 1. Mindset, 2. Detox 3. Nutrition 4. Mental Wellbeing, 5. Exercise, 6. Maintenance. As a former adjust professor at a university, Ramona Amos, will lead students through an intense 8-weeks that challenges the body - mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
